If your Gameflip account is locked due to multiple declined card transactions or charges, our anti-fraud measures require specific steps for unlocking it. Here’s what you need to do:
ID Verification:
- Selfie with ID and Note: Take a photo of yourself holding your ID Card/Driver's License next to a handwritten note that says "For Gameflip" along with today's date (*note: passports are not accepted, with exceptions for certain countries).
- Document Details: Provide two close-up photos of your ID (front and back) so we can clearly read the information.
Payment Verification:
- Selfie with Payment Card: A photo of you holding your credit/debit card, ensuring only the last 4 digits and your name are visible.
- Card Details: Two close-up photos of your card (front and back), again showing only the last 4 digits and your name.
*Residents of the UK, Russia, Ukraine, or Belarus may use their Internal Passports for the ID verification process.
To begin the unlocking process, please submit a ticket with these photos.
Your account will be unlocked after we verify the provided information. Following this, we will instruct you to upload the verification photos directly to your Gameflip account for final verification.
