How to Reset Your Gameflip Password

If you set up your Gameflip account using a traditional username and password, you can reset your credentials using your verified mobile phone number or email address.

Important: Check Your Sign-In Method First

When you log into your Gameflip account, you must use the same method you chose when you initially set up your account.

• Social / SSO Logins (Google, Facebook, Apple): You do not have a native Gameflip username and password. You must sign in using the respective social media buttons.
• Native Accounts: If you created your account directly using an email/username and password, follow the recovery steps below. 

This guide is for users who originally set up their account using a traditional username and password and have since forgotten their password.

Step-by-Step Password Recovery Process

Password recovery is a straightforward process, provided you have verified your mobile phone number and/or email address with Gameflip. These are the only channels through which Gameflip communicates for account recovery.

1. Start the Process: Click the "Forgot your password?" link found underneath the "Sign in" button on the login pop-up screen.

        

2. Account Identification: Enter your verified username or mobile phone number.

   • Tip: We recommend using your mobile phone number, as it is the most reliable way for our system to identify your account

      
     

3. Receive Instructions: Instructions to reset your password will be sent to your verified mobile phone number (via SMS) and/or your verified email address.

         

4. Reset Your Password: Follow the link or instructions you received to create a new password.

What to Do If You Still Can't Access Your Account

If you do not receive the reset instructions or are locked out:

• Check Spam/Junk: Ensure the password recovery email wasn't filtered automatically.
• Verify Login Type: If the system says your email/number isn't found, you likely registered using Google, Facebook, or Apple SSO.
• Contact Support: Submit a support ticket through the Gameflip Help Center. Include your full name, registered email address, and mobile phone number to verify account ownership.
