Your Cover Image (Store Banner) is the wide header background displayed at the top of your public profile and storefront on Gameflip. Customizing your cover image establishes your store branding and makes your listings look professional to potential buyers.
Image & Policy Requirements
- Maximum File Size: 512 KB (compress large images before uploading).
- Recommended Dimensions: 1200 × 400 pixels (3:1 wide banner aspect ratio).
- Supported Formats: JPG, PNG.
- Platform Limit: Cover image edits must be performed via web browser (gameflip.com). Native mobile apps do not currently support cover banner uploads.
- Content Compliance: Banners containing explicit/NSFW material, copyrighted logos, or fake Gameflip staff branding violate the Code of Conduct and will be removed.
Step-by-Step Upload Cover Image Instructions
On the Web (Desktop or Mobile Browser)
- Sign in to your Gameflip account at gameflip.com.
- Click your Profile Picture icon in the top-right corner of the page header.
- On your profile or store page, hover over (or tap) the current cover image and click on the Camera icon that appears in the top-left corner.
- A pop-up will appear, allowing you to upload a new image.
- Choose a file that meets the requirements (file size should be under 512 KB) and fits the recommended dimensions.
- After uploading, click Save to apply the change.
