Updating your Gameflip billing address ensures your account passes automated Address Verification System (AVS) checks when processing card payments. You can manage saved addresses through account settings on both web browsers and mobile apps. 

Key Billing Address & AVS Rules

• Exact Bank Match: Your address on Gameflip must match the exact billing address registered with your payment card issuer to prevent card declines.
• US State Codes: Use standard 2-letter postal state abbreviations (e.g., CA for California, NY for New York).
• No Special Characters: Avoid symbols or punctuation (e.g., #, -, /, ,) in address lines, as these trigger verification errors.

Step-by-Step Instructions by Device

Option 1: Web Browser (Desktop & Mobile Web)

1. Log in to your Gameflip account and click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
2. Navigate to Settings > Payment.
3. Scroll down to the Addresses section and click Add new address.
4. Fill out your address details and click Save.
   • Important for U.S. users: Use the two-letter state abbreviation for the postal code field (e.g., use “CA” if you live in California).
   • Avoid using special characters in the address fields, as these can cause verification errors.
5. To delete an Address: click the trash-can icon next to the address entry on the right side of the page.

Option 2: Gameflip Mobile App (iOS & Android) 

1. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the app and go to Settings > Billing Address.
2. To Add a New Address: tap Add a new address, fill out the required information, then tap Save.
3. To Edit an Address: tap the pencil icon next to the address.
4. To Delete an Address: tap the trash-can icon in the top right corner of the address entry.
