At Gameflip, our top priority is to maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable marketplace for all users. To achieve this, we have clear guidelines in place that all members are expected to follow. It's essential to understand that violations of these guidelines can lead to account suspensions or even permanent bans. Here's a breakdown of actions that could result in suspension, including but not limited to:
- Scamming Users: Engaging in deceptive practices in listing comments or transactions.
- Harassment: Abusing or harassing other users in any form.
- Inappropriate Content: Using language or sharing content that is offensive or inappropriate within the marketplace.
- Exploiting the System: Manipulating Gameflip’s marketplace mechanics or Credits system for undue advantage.
- Fraudulent Claims: Initiating a chargeback after receiving a purchased item, falsely claiming an item wasn't received, etc.
- Forbidden Sales: Offering prohibited items like accounts, beta codes, random codes, counterfeit, or stolen items.
- Duping and Hacking: Selling items obtained through duping, glitching, hacking, or modding.
- External Transactions: Attempting to conduct sales outside of the Gameflip platform.
- Premature Transaction Completion: Asking users to mark a transaction as complete before sending the item or code.
- Alternate Account Trading: Buying or selling items to and from alternate accounts owned by the same user.
- Suspicious Activity: Involvement in any other suspicious or fraudulent activities.
These actions are taken very seriously, as they compromise the integrity of our marketplace and the safety of our community. If an account is found to be in violation, we take the necessary steps to investigate and apply sanctions, which can range from temporary suspensions to permanent bans, depending on the severity of the violation.
We strive to maintain a safe and transparent community for all its users. Therefore, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently ban an account if it is proven that the user has violated our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct.
If you feel that you were wrongfully suspended or would like to appeal a suspension, please contact our Support Team to dispute your case.
