Do NOT hit “Complete Transaction” until you’ve received your item and verified it matches the listing description. For items involving codes, make sure you’re able to successfully redeem them before finalizing.
Don’t rely purely on promises from the seller to complete the transaction. If the seller fails to deliver within the “Seller sends in” timeframe plus an extra day, you’ll have the option to cancel the order. For details on cancellation, see our cancellation guide.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, a code that doesn’t work, or you believe the seller falsely marked the item as delivered, you can pause the transaction and initiate a dispute. On the order page, click “Hold Transaction,” explain the issue in the text box, and attach relevant screenshots to support your claim.
Once you finalize the transaction, you’re confirming that you’ve received and accepted the item, and the transaction will be complete.
