Gameflip CLUB is an optional seller subscription program offering reduced commission rates, waived digital fees, higher monthly sales caps, and prioritized VIP support. Subscriptions operate on a 30-day auto-renewing cycle funded directly from available sales proceeds in your Gameflip Wallet.

In addition to the plan's base commission percentage, every CLUB tier includes a tiered fixed fee based on the item's final selling price:

• Under $20.00: +$0.10 USD
• $20.00 to $39.99: +$0.20 USD
• $40.00 to $79.99: +$0.40 USD
• $80.00 and above: +$0.80 USD

3. How the Monthly Sales Cap Works

• Definition: The sales cap is the maximum total sales volume per 30-day billing cycle eligible for reduced subscription fees.
• Overage Rates: Once your gross sales reach your plan’s cap, additional sales made during the remainder of that billing cycle revert to Gameflip’s standard selling fees. Caps reset at the start of each new billing cycle.
• Item Eligibility: Reduced fees apply only to items priced below or equal to your remaining available sales cap.
• Cancelled Sales Restorations: If a sale is refunded or cancelled due to a dispute, the sale value is deducted from your used cap total, restoring your available subscription fees for that cycle.

Sales Cap Remaining Allowance Examples ($500 Cap Plan):

• $0.00 Used: Eligible for listings priced up to $500.00 USD
• $200.00 Used: Eligible for listings priced up to $300.00 USD
• $450.00 Used: Eligible for listings priced up to $50.00 USD
• $500.00 Used: Ineligible (Standard fees apply to subsequent sales)

4. Billing Cycles, Payments, and Free Trials

• Payment Source: Subscription fees are automatically deducted from the available Cash Balance in your Gameflip Wallet (proceeds from completed sales). Subscriptions cannot be paid using external payment methods such as credit cards, Apple Pay/Google Pay, or promotional Credits.
• Billing Schedule: Cycles run for 30 consecutive days. If “Automatic renewal” is active, you will be charged 2 days before the current cycle ends.
• Free Trials: If a plan includes a free trial, it automatically converts to a paid 30-day subscription at trial expiration unless auto-renewal is disabled beforehand.
• Insufficient Funds: If your wallet cash balance cannot cover the renewal fee, subscription benefits will pause or revert to standard seller rates.

5. Managing Subscriptions and VIP Support

• How to Check a Subscription Status: Navigate to Menu > Wallet > Subscription. If you have an active subscription plan, you’ll see the Enabled status below the Disable Renewal button.
• How to Manage or Cancel: Navigate to Menu > Wallet > Subscription. Select Sign Up to activate a subscription plan. If you want to cancel an active subscription, click Disable Renewal to turn off automatic billing.
• Post-Cancellation Benefits: Disabling renewal stops future charges while preserving your reduced fee rates and sales cap until the active "Expires On" date, shown below the canceled subscription plan. If you wish to reactivate a canceled subscription, just click the Enable Renewal button.
• 24-Hour VIP Support: Members subscribed to Advanced, Master, Elite, Champion, or Legend tiers receive expedited email support guaranteed within 24 hours, 7 days a week (including weekends and holidays).
