Gameflip Credits are a special in-app currency that you can use toward most purchases in our marketplace. Each Credit is worth $1.00 USD and applies automatically at checkout.

Key Credit Rules & Expiration

• Value: 1 Credit = $1.00 USD.
• Expiration: Credits typically expire 7 days after being issued.
• Activation Required: You must click the push notification or email link to claim and activate pending Credits.
• Restrictions: Credits cannot be withdrawn as earnings, transferred to other users, or used to pay seller fees.

How to Earn Gameflip Credits

Gameflip Credits cannot be purchased directly; they are awarded through promotional activities:

• Limited-time promotions: These are often tied to buying or selling specific items. After your qualifying transaction is complete, Credits will be issued.
• Coupons: Occasionally, we offer promotional coupons that credit your account. You’ll receive a notification showing the amount and expiration date.

How Credits Work at Checkout

When making a purchase, Gameflip automatically applies your balance using a deduction hierarchy:

1. Gameflip Credits (Applied first to maximize savings)
2. Cash Balance (Deposits or sales earnings)
3. External Payment Method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Crypto for any remaining balance)

Important Notice on Expired Credits

Always monitor your balance under Menu > Wallet > Balance. Once Credits expire, they are permanently removed and cannot be restored or refunded by Gameflip Support.
