Add or update your Email Address

To change your email address, open the menu by clicking your profile image thumbnail in the upper right corner of our website and choosing the option "Settings".
In the Settings page, input the email address you would like to link to your Gameflip account in the "Email" field:
Updating your email address requires successful email verification. Please also note that any bounced email sent to you will cause your email address to be removed from your profile.
Add, update, or delete your Billing Address

To add, update, or delete your billing or shipping address, follow these steps:
- Log into Gameflip (website or mobile app);
- On the website, go to Menu (upper right corner) > Settings;
- Go to the "Payment" tab;
- You can add a billing address by clicking the button "Add new address", or edit/delete an already existing billing address on your account by clicking the icons on the right side of the address information line;
- Don't forget to input your information correctly and keep in mind that if the billing address on your Gameflip account mismatches the information in your card issuer files, you may have payments declined by our payment processor.
Gameflip App:
- On the mobile app, tap the menu icon in the upper left corner, scroll down to "Settings" and tap on Billing Address;
- To edit or delete a billing address, click the blue pencil icon next to the address you want to change. To delete the address, click the trash bin icon in the upper right corner of the edit address page;
Note: Please don't use special characters when adding an address, this may cause errors when adding it.

Update your Phone
For your protection, changing the phone number requires additional steps to determine your account ownership. For this reason, we ask you to contact us by opening a ticket.
Delete your Account
While we hope you never leave Gameflip, we understand that you may want to take a break from time to time. You can ask us to disable or remove your account by contacting us. We will process your request under our Privacy Policy, Section 5.
