How can I update or delete my information?

At Gameflip, your privacy and security are very important to us. We give you full control over your personal data and make it easy to update, correct, or delete your information at any time. You can manage most of your data directly through your account settings, or contact our Support Team if you need help.

How to update or change your email address

On the website:

• Log in to your Gameflip account.
• Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Settings.
• In the “Email” field, enter your new email address and submit the change.
• A verification email will be sent to your new address. Make sure to complete the verification to confirm the update.

On the mobile app:

• Log in to your Gameflip account.
• Tap the menu icon.
• Go to Settings > Account.
• Tap Email to update your email address.

Note: If emails sent to you bounce back or cannot be delivered, your email address may be automatically removed from your account. Always make sure your email address is active and valid.

How to change or delete your billing/shipping address

Keeping your address up to date ensures smooth payments and deliveries.

On the website:

• Go to Menu > Settings > Payment.
• Under the “Addresses” section, select "+Add another address" to add one.
• Click the edit (pencil) icon to modify an address, or the delete (trash can) icon to remove it.

On the mobile app:

• Tap the menu icon.
• Go to Settings > Address.
• Tap the pencil icon to edit and the trash can icon to delete.

Important:
Make sure your billing address matches the one registered with your payment provider to avoid payment issues. Also, avoid special characters or symbols, which can cause address errors.

How to update your phone number

For your protection, changing your phone number requires an additional verification step. If you need to update your phone number, please contact Gameflip Support through our Help Center. We’ll confirm your identity and help you safely do so.

How to delete your Gameflip account

If you’d like to close your account for good, we’ll help you do so securely.

• Submit a support ticket through our Help Center.
• Include your account details and a short note requesting account deletion.
• Once your identity is verified, we’ll process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy (section 5) and applicable data-protection laws.

Note:
If you’ve completed transactions, we may retain some data for legal, financial, or security reasons before your account is fully removed.
