How to Create Multiple Digital Listings at Once

If you need to list multiple items quickly on Gameflip, you can take advantage of the “Create multiple copies” tool. This feature is specifically for digital listings that use Automatic Delivery and it can save you a lot of time.

Step 1 – Create your first listing

Start by creating a new digital code listing with the Automatic Delivery option enabled. Once the listing is live and set to “On Sale,” you're ready for the next step.

Step 2 – Use the copy tool

Click the lightning bolt icon on your live listing.
In the pop-up:
• Paste each code or link on its own line (one per line).
• Enter the number of copies you want to create based on the number of codes you pasted.
• Click Submit.
A progress bar will appear and show you how the copies are being generated.

Step 3 – Review your drafts

Once the process finishes, go to your Listings > Draft tab.
Here you’ll see the newly created listing copies. Take a moment to review each one and edit any details if needed.
When you’re ready, move them On Sale.

Important Limitations

• This feature is available only for digital listings using Automatic Delivery, and cannot be used for items requiring manual delivery or listings for physical goods or in-game items.
• Creating copies in large batches can take time — don’t close your browser or navigate away until it finishes.
• Every code must be valid and unique — you cannot reuse codes across multiple listings.
