How to Create Multiple Digital Listings at Once

Gameflip’s "Create multiple copies" batch listing tool allows sellers to generate multiple digital code listings simultaneously from a single master listing. This feature is specifically designed for digital listings that use Automatic Delivery and the secure Digital Vault to store and automatically deliver unique codes to buyers upon purchase.

Important Multiple Listing Rules & Limitations

• Automatic Delivery Required: This feature only works for digital code listings using Automatic Delivery. It cannot be used for manual delivery, physical goods, or in-game item transfers.
• Unique Codes (One Per Line): Every listing copy requires a valid, unique code. Reusing codes across listings is strictly prohibited.
• Draft State First: Generated copies land in your Drafts tab first, allowing you to review pricing and details before pushing them On Sale.
• Browser Active Session: Do not close or refresh your browser while the progress bar processes batch copies.

Step-by-Step Instructions: Using the "Create Multiple Copies" Tool

Step 1: Create Your Master Listing

1. Log in to Gameflip and click Start Selling.
2. Create a digital listing (e.g., gift cards or game keys) and set Delivery Method to Automatic Delivery.
3. Input your initial code, complete the listing details, and publish it so it is On Sale.

Step 2: Use the Copy Tool

1. Locate your live listing under Menu > Listings > On Sale.
2. Click the Lightning Bolt icon (⚡) on the listing card to open the "Create multiple copies" window.

Step 3: Input Codes & Generate Copies

1. In the pop-up window, paste your digital codes into the text area.
2. Ensure each code or link is entered on its own line (one code per line).
3. Specify the number of copies to create (matching the total number of pasted codes).
4. Click Submit. A progress bar will display while Gameflip encrypts the codes and generates your listings.

Step 4: Review and Publish your Drafts

1. Once the process finishes, go to your Menu > Listings > Draft tab. Here you’ll see the newly created listing copies. 
2. Select your newly generated draft listings to review titles, descriptions, and pricing. Take a moment to review each one and edit any details if needed.
3. Click Move On Sale (or publish in bulk) to make them live on the marketplace. 

Processing Tip for Large Batches

Large code batches take time to encrypt into the Digital Vault. Keep your browser tab open until the progress bar reaches 100% to ensure no codes are dropped during generation.
