If a buyer opens a dispute for your sold item, your sale will be placed On Hold. This can happen for reasons like:
- The item is defective or doesn’t match the description
- A digital code is invalid or already used
- The item wasn’t sent or wasn’t received
To help resolve it, you should:
- Message the buyer through the order chat to discuss the issue. Often, you can resolve it together.
- Submit evidence to Gameflip that shows you delivered a correct and working item.
Gameflip will review the documentation from both sides and may ask for more information from you or the buyer. Based on that review, the transaction could be reversed if it’s found in favor of the buyer.
