Sellers have full control to modify, temporarily pause, or permanently delete Gameflip listings at any time before a buyer completes checkout. Once a sale occurs, listing details freeze to protect transaction records.
Auto-Delivery Rule
If you listed a gift card or digital code using Auto-Delivery, you cannot reuse or reassign that code by simply editing the listing. You must permanently delete the original listing before creating a new listing with that code.

Step-by-Step Guide: Managing Listings
Edit a Single Active Listing
- Log in to your account and go to Menu > Listings > On Sale.
- Find the listing you want to change and click the Edit icon (pencil).
- Make any necessary adjustments (price, description, images, categories) and click Done.
- If you’d rather pause the listing, click Save for Later. This hides the listing and moves it to your Drafts tab.
2. Pause a Listing: Take Off Sale
If you wish to take your item off the market for a time:
- Go to Menu > Listings > On Sale.
- Select the listing and click Take Off Sale.
- The listing will still appear under Drafts, but won’t be visible to buyers until you publish it again.
3. Permanently Delete a Listing
If you wish to permanently remove a listing from Gameflip:
- Go to Menu > Listings > Drafts (or Unlisted).
- Locate the paused item, click the Options menu (...), and select Delete.
- Confirm deletion. This permanently removes the listing and unlinks pre-entered digital codes.
Bulk Actions for Multiple Listings (Web Browser Only)
To manage multiple listings simultaneously:
- Log into gameflip.com on a web browser and go to Menu > Listings > On Sale.
- Select the checkboxes next to the listings you want to modify.
- Choose your bulk action:
- Take Off Sale: Pause all selected items at once and move them to Drafts.
- Change Price / Relist: Adjust prices or republish multiple items in batch.
Note: Bulk listing management is available exclusively on the Web version of Gameflip and is not supported in the mobile apps (iOS/Android).
