After an item is delivered, buyers are given a 3-day period to accept the item. This window ensures buyers have ample time to redeem and inspect the item or code, verifying that it can be used without any issues or defects.
Should the buyer not finalize the transaction within these 3 days, the transaction will automatically be considered complete and final. Please note, that this period is set and cannot be altered by our Support Team.
It's also important for both parties to remember that they have up to 30 days after the transaction's conclusion to leave a rating for the purchase. However, providing a rating is entirely optional and will not be available in cases where the purchase has been canceled, refunded, or if the transaction was completed by the Support Team due to a dispute resolution.
