When You Use Gameflip Shipping or Provide Tracking
If you’ve used Gameflip’s shipping options or entered a tracking number for your order, help is available. You can submit a ticket by going to Menu > Help > Contact Support in the app. Our support team will work with you and the buyer to track down the item and resolve the issue.
When You Don’t Use Gameflip Shipping or Tracking
If you chose not to use Gameflip’s shipping services and didn’t provide a tracking code, the responsibility for resolving shipping problems lies with you as the seller. In this case, you should contact the shipping carrier directly to check the status of the shipment.
Tips for Sellers
Whenever possible, share the tracking number with your buyer as soon as you have it. This helps maintain transparency, builds trust, and gives both parties a clear way to monitor the delivery.
