What to do if I forgot my password?

Please note that is important to remember that when signing into your Gameflip account, you must use the same method you chose during the initial account setup. For accounts created through Facebook, Google, or Apple Login, traditional usernames and passwords aren't applicable.

For those who opted for the username and password option at account creation and have since forgotten their password, recovery is straightforward, provided you follow the steps laid out below.

Ensuring that both your mobile phone number and email address are verified is vital, as these are the sole channels through which Gameflip will communicate with you for password and username recovery purposes. For instructions on how to verify your email, please refer to this FAQ article.

1. Click the Forgot your "password" link underneath the Sign in button on the login pop-up screen.
2. Select and type in your username or mobile phone number previously verified with Gameflip. We recommend using the phone number as the most reliable method for our system to identify your account.
   
3. You will be sent an instruction to reset your password to your phone (as SMS) and an email if you have verified an email address with Gameflip.
