How do Gameflip Subscriptions work?

Gameflip CLUB is our tailored subscription program for sellers, offering an array of benefits designed to enhance the selling experience. These benefits include lower selling fees, expedited support responses, and other exclusive advantages.

Subscription Billing Cycle

Each subscription plan runs on a 30-day cycle, beginning from the date of your first payment and expiring 30 days later. The subsequent cycle kicks off immediately after the previous one ends.

Managing Your Subscription

To manage your subscription:

1. Log into your Gameflip account.
2. Navigate to Wallet > Subscriptions.
3. To disable auto-renewal, click the "DISABLE RENEWAL" button. This action ensures your subscription won't automatically renew at the end of the current cycle.
4. If you wish to renew, simply select "ENABLE RENEWAL". Renewing before your current cycle expires incurs no additional charges, and your benefits and sales status remain unchanged.

Payment Details

Subscription fees are payable with the cash from sales in your Gameflip Wallet. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Note: Some plans may offer a free trial period. Active subscriptions auto-renew at the trial's end, commencing a new billing cycle and automatic charge.

Fees Overview

Gameflip charges a Commission fee and a Digital Fee (for digital goods) on regular sales post-purchase, delivery, and buyer acceptance. Club members enjoy waived Digital fees, with Commission fees ranging between 0% and 8%, depending on the chosen plan. These fees support our dedicated team. Frequent sellers benefit from reduced selling fees by subscribing to a Gameflip CLUB plan.

Sales Cap Explained

The sales cap is the maximum eligible sales volume per billing cycle under a subscription. Once this cap is reached, further sales are subject to standard commission and fees until the new cycle begins. Sales Registration: Upon a sale, with an active subscription, the sale value (excluding shipping) counts towards your sales cap. Sales exceeding the cap won't receive discounts. However, canceled sales (due to disputes or other reasons) will be deducted from the cap, allowing further discounted sales within the cycle. Items Above the Sales Cap: Sales benefits apply only to items priced below the remaining sales cap amount. This comprehensive structure ensures our sellers not only thrive in their endeavors but also benefit from a supportive and optimized selling environment.
