Gameflip Selling Fees

 

At Gameflip, we pride ourselves on a clear, transparent fee structure. Listing your items on our platform is free. There are no upfront charges to post a listing. Once your item sells, is delivered, and the buyer confirms the transaction, Gameflip deducts a selling fee from the listing price.

 

Your total sales fee may include:

• Commission Fee (8% + Fixed Fee)

This is the base fee. It helps keep Gameflip running as it covers marketplace operations, support, and future updates.

• Partner Fee (2%)

Helps cover the cost of infrastructure and trusted third-party services that power our fast, secure platform.

• Digital Fee (2%, if applicable)

This extra charge only applies to digital goods like game codes, skins, or gift cards. It helps with added fraud protection and platform stability for web and mobile transactions.

 

 

How is the Fixed Fee calculated?

The Fixed Fee is a small, flat-rate amount based on your item’s sale price. It ensures platform sustainability and is part of our Commission Fee. Here's a breakdown of the expected Fixed Fee to be charged upon the sale of your items:

 

Total Fee Formula = (8% Commission + Fixed Fee Based On Price) + (2% Partner) + (2% Digital, if applicable)

 

Commission (8%: $1.20 + fixed: $0.10) + Partner (2%: $0.30) + Digital (2%: $0.30) → Total fee: $1.90

 

Commission (8%: $2.00 + fixed: $0.20) + Partner (2%: $0.50) → Total fee: $2.70

 

Commission (8%: $6.80+ fixed: $0.80) + Partner (2%: $1.70) + Digital (2%: $1.70)  → Total fee: $11.00
