Activating a Battle.net code—whether for full games, in-game items, or Battle.net Balance—can be completed via the Battle.net Desktop App or a web browser. Most Battle.net codes are region-locked, so be sure yours matches your Battle.net account region.
Key Rules & Region Lock Warning
- Region Compatibility: Battle.net keys are region-restricted (e.g., US, EU, Asia) and must match your account region.
- Code Structure: Battle.net keys are typically 20 characters long.
- Gameflip Guarantee: The Gameflip Guarantee does not cover codes purchased for the wrong account region.

Troubleshooting Redemption Errors
If you see an error when redeeming a Battle.net code, check the following:
- Region Mismatch: Your Battle.net account region matches the code’s region.
- Typographical Errors: The code was entered correctly without extra spaces or characters.
- Already Claimed: The code hasn’t been used previously or expired.
Need Help with a Non-Working Code?
