All sales on Gameflip are final. However, all buyers are protected by the Gameflip Guarantee and are eligible for a refund if an item is non-functional, significantly different from the listing description, or never delivered.

When Are Refunds Allowed?
A buyer is eligible to request a refund through the Gameflip Guarantee if:
- Undelivered Order: The seller fails to deliver the item or complete the ordered service.
- Defective or Inoperable Item: The digital code, gift card, or item does not work or has already been redeemed.
- Misdescribed Item: The item received does not match the specifications in the seller's listing description.
- Approved Physical Return: For physical goods, the seller explicitly agrees to accept a return before the order is completed.
Fraudulent claims
If you encounter an issue after a transaction is complete, always contact Gameflip Support for assistance before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent claims may include:
- A buyer filing a chargeback via the payment processor after receiving their purchased item.
- A buyer filing a chargeback via the payment processor after rating and completing the purchase.
Buyers who file fraudulent claims are subject to consequences, and in addition, we reserve the right to permanently suspend their account under the return policy. If the item received does not match the listing description, please open a dispute while the transaction is still ongoing.
