All sales on Gameflip are final, but you are protected by the Gameflip Buyer Guarantee if the item you receive is not working or different from the description. In these cases, you may be eligible for a refund.
When Refunds Are Allowed
- The item doesn’t work.
- The item you received doesn’t match the description in the listing.
- For physical items: if the seller agrees to a return, you must open a dispute while the transaction is still ongoing.
Return Guidelines
Digital Items
- Once the item has been delivered and/or received, there are no returns.
Escrowed Items (Bot trade)
- Once the item has been delivered and/or received, there are no returns.
- All items purchased are exactly as described, as the items cannot be misrepresented and are delivered in the exact same way that they are listed. Because of this, all delivered escrowed items do not fall under the Gameflip Buyer Guarantee.
Physical Items
- Once the item has been delivered and/or received, there are no returns unless the Seller of your purchased item agrees to do so. If this is the case, you will need to dispute that purchase by following the steps outlined in our Gameflip Buyer Guarantee and working with the Seller to accommodate the return of the item.
- Gameflip does not provide any return shipping labels or reimbursement costs for returned items.
Fraudulent claims
Fraudulent claims may include:
- A buyer filing a chargeback via payment processor after receiving their purchased item;
- A buyer filing a chargeback via payment processor after rating and completing the purchase.
Accounts from buyers who file fraudulent claims are subject to consequences and in addition, we reserve the right to permanently suspend the account under the return policy. If the received item from a purchase is not according to the listing description, please open a dispute while the transaction is still ongoing. If you encounter issues with the item after completing the transaction, please contact Gameflip Support before charging back through your payment processor.
