Gameflip automatically sends a mobile push, in-app alert, and an email as soon as the seller ships or sends your item.
If You Didn’t Get a Notification
- Enable push notifications on your iOS/Android device.
- Verify your email address on your Gameflip account (and check spam/junk).
Seller Shipping Timeline & Cancellations
- If the seller doesn’t ship/send within “Seller sells in” + 1 day, you’ll see a Cancel Order option on the order details screen.
- If the seller generates a Shipping Label within that window, the countdown resets, and you must wait one additional day before taking action.
- Once the seller marks the item as Shipped, the Cancel Order option is no longer available on the listing’s details screen.
If Marked “Shipped” but Nothing Was Sent
If you believe the seller hasn’t actually shipped after marking Shipped, open a dispute from the order. This stops the countdown and lets Support review and assist.
