Code of Conduct: Guidelines for Safe and Respectful Use of Gameflip

We are a welcoming and all-ages community*. If you choose to interact on Gameflip—whether listing, buying, selling, messaging, or reviewing—you must follow our Code of Conduct.

Appropriate Content

• Listing images must be suitable for all ages and directly related to the item listed. No nudity or graphic violence is permitted.
• If you list a mature game with a cover that might violate this rule, this should be censored before posting your listing.
• Violations may result in the listing being removed and your account receiving a warning.

Respectful Communication

• Listing descriptions, reviews, or comments should not contain profanity, abusive language, or harassing content.
• If your text violates our guidelines, it may lead to the removal of the content or a warning on your account.

Accurate Descriptions & Prompt Delivery

• Items listed must match their described condition — if a buyer receives something different, they may leave a negative review, and we may step in.
• Sellers must ship items promptly once sold.
• Creating false listings or attempting fraud (including marking items as shipped when they’re not) may result in an instant ban from the platform.

Safe Interactions With Others

• Any communication or transaction should keep personal or financial info private and within the Gameflip system.
• Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate conduct toward other community members is prohibited.
• If you encounter another user violating these rules, you can report them via the profile menu or the “Report” button. Our team will review each report carefully.

*Use of the marketplace by minors must be supervised by a legal-age person, such as a parent or guardian.
