Your subscription plan includes a sales cap, which is the maximum sales amount you're allowed to make each billing cycle with reduced commissions and fees. Here's how it works:
- Tracking Your Sales: Each time you sell an item, and you have an active subscription, we record the sale's total value towards your sales cap (we don't include shipping costs).
- Reaching the Cap: If your total sales meet or exceed the sales cap, any further sales will not benefit from reduced commissions and fees until your next billing cycle begins.
- Cancellations: If a sale that contributed to your sales cap is canceled for any reason (like a dispute or buyer's remorse), we'll deduct that sale from your cap. This means you can make more sales with subscription benefits until you hit the cap again.
- Eligibility of Sold Items: For a sale to qualify for subscription benefits, its price must be less than the remaining amount before you reach your sales cap.
Examples:
Subscription Sales Cap | Current Sales Used | Price Eligibility |
$500 | $0 | Up to $500 |
$500 | $200 | Up to $300 |
$500 | $450 | Up to $50 |
$500 | $500 | Not eligible |
