Your subscription plan on Gameflip includes a sales cap — the maximum amount of sales you can make each billing cycle with reduced commissions and fees. Here's how it works:
1. Tracking Your Sales
Every time you complete a sale while your subscription is active, the total item value (excluding shipping costs) counts toward your sales cap.
2. Reaching the Cap
Once your accumulated sales meet or exceed the cap for your plan, further sales will no longer benefit from reduced fees until the next billing cycle begins.
3. Cancellations
If a sale that contributed toward your cap is later canceled (due to a dispute, refund, or buyer’s remorse), that sale amount is reinstated to your cap. This gives you back the eligible sales amount and allows you to continue using your benefits for other sales.
4. Eligibility of Sold Items
To qualify for the discounted fees under your subscription, a listed item must cost less than or equal to the remaining amount available before reaching your cap.
Examples:
- Subscription sales cap: $500
- Current sales used: $200
- Next item priced at $300 → Eligible
- Next item priced at $450 → Not eligible (because it exceeds the remaining $300 cap)
| Subscription Sales Cap | Current Sales Used | Price Eligibility |
| $500 | $0 | Up to $500 |
| $500 | $200 | Up to $300 |
| $500 | $450 | Up to $50 |
| $500 | $500 | Not eligible |
