To stop your subscription from renewing automatically, follow these simple steps:
Step 1 – Log in and open your Subscriptions
- Sign in to your Gameflip account.
- Go to Menu > Wallet > Subscriptions.
- If you have an active subscription, you’ll see it listed there.
Step 2 – Disable Auto-Renewal
- Find the orange button labeled “Disable Renewal” and click it.
This will stop the subscription from automatically renewing at the end of the current billing cycle.
What happens next
• Once renewal is disabled, the subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the current billing period.
• Your benefits (such as reduced fees or higher caps) remain active until the billing cycle ends.
Step 3 – Enable Renewal (if you change your mind)
- If you decide you want to keep the plan, simply click “Enable Renewal”.
- Enabling renewal during an active billing period won’t trigger any additional charges or affect your current benefits or sales count.
Once renewal is disabled, your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current cycle. At that point, the plan will lapse and you'll no longer be charged.
Important things to keep in mind
• Cancelling won’t refund the current billing cycle — you’ll continue to receive the benefits until it ends.
• If you cancel mid-cycle, you’ll transition to the standard seller fees once the cycle concludes.
• Your sales cap for the active cycle remains unchanged even after cancellation.
