How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your Gameflip subscription, you must disable auto-renewal in the Subscription tab of your Wallet. Canceling stops future recurring charges while allowing you to keep all active subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. 

Important Cancellation & Refund Rules

• No Refunds: Canceling auto-renewal does not refund the current billing cycle.
• Benefit Duration: You retain reduced seller fees, sales caps, and perks until your current cycle expires.
• Button Label: Click "Disable Renewal" under your account subscription settings to cancel.

Step-by-Step: How to Cancel Subscription Auto-Renewal

1. Log in to your Gameflip account.
2. Navigate to Menu > Wallet > Subscription.
3. If your subscription is active, locate the button labeled “Disable Renewal” and click it.

What Happens After You Cancel a Subscription? 

• Continued Benefits: Reduced seller fees, higher sales caps, and perks remain active until the end of the paid cycle.
• Fee Adjustments: Once your billing cycle concludes, your account will automatically transition back to standard Gameflip seller fees.
• Sales Cap Retention: Your sales cap limit for the active cycle will not be reduced or altered prior to the cycle's end.
• Re-Enabling Renewal: If you change your mind before the period ends, return to Menu > Wallet > Subscription and click Enable Renewal. You will not be charged again until the next billing date.
