How to Verify Your Email Address

1. How Email Verification Works

When you create a new Gameflip account, an automated email containing a verification code is sent immediately to the email address you registered with.

1. Pop-up Prompt: Upon logging in for the first time, a "WELCOME TO GAMEFLIP" pop-up will appear.

2. Click VERIFY NOW on the pop-up to go directly to Menu > Settings > Account.

3. Enter Code: Locate the code in your inbox, enter it into the Verification Code field under Pending Email, and click CONFIRM CODE.

2. Didn't Receive Your Email Verification Code?

If the verification email doesn't show up in your inbox right away, follow these quick troubleshooting steps:

• Check Spam & Promotion Folders: Occasionally, email providers may sort automated codes into your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.

• Resend the Code: Go to Settings > Account and click the RESEND CODE button. You can request a new code if the previous one expired or was not delivered.

• Verify Your Email Address: Double-check that the email address listed under Pending Email is spelled correctly. If there is a typo, click the edit icon to correct it and send a new code.

3. Still Having Issues?

If you have checked all email folders, requested a new code, and still haven't received it:

2. Our team can manually re-issue a fresh verification code or assist in confirming your email address directly to get your account fully activated.
