How to Deposit FLP Tokens into Your Gameflip Wallet

If you already hold FLIP Tokens (FLP) in an ERC-20 compatible wallet and want to transfer them into your Gameflip account, follow these steps to complete the deposit safely.

Step 1 – On the Web

1. Log in to your Gameflip account and navigate to Menu > Wallet > FLP Wallet.
2. Click Deposit, then connect the wallet that currently holds your FLP (for example, MetaMask or MyEtherWallet).
3. Enter the amount of FLP you want to deposit and click Deposit again to generate your unique deposit address.
   
4. From your personal wallet, send the FLP to the address shown. Make sure you have enough ETH to cover the gas fee since these tokens use the Ethereum network.
   
5. Once your transaction receives at least 10 network confirmations, the tokens will appear in your Gameflip FLP wallet. Until then, the deposit may show as Pending.
6. The time it takes to complete the transfer depends on the ETH network’s congestion and gas fee paid—higher gas means faster confirmation.

Step 2 – On Mobile

FLP deposits are not supported in the Gameflip mobile app. Instead:

• Open your mobile web browser and log into Gameflip.
• Follow the same web-based steps above via Menu > Wallet > FLP Account > Deposit.

Important Notes

• Your external wallet must support ERC-20 tokens—sending FLP to a non-compatible address may result in a permanent loss.
• Ensure you are sending FLP from a wallet you control—using a contract wallet or exchange wallet may cause issues.
• Check the deposit address carefully before transferring — copy and paste it directly from Gameflip to minimize errors.
• If the network is busy, allow extra time for confirmations.
• Gameflip staff cannot reverse deposits once submitted—double-check all details to avoid mistakes.

With these steps, you’ll deposit FLP securely and avoid common pitfalls—allowing you to use your tokens to buy or list items on Gameflip effortlessly.
