Canceling a Gameflip Steam Bot Automatic Delivery listing moves the item from Gameflip's escrow bot back into your personal Steam inventory. Returns are executed via an automated Steam trade offer that must be accepted within 2 minutes.

• 2-Minute Expiration Timer: Once you click "Start Bot Trade", you have 120 seconds to complete and confirm the offer in Steam before it times out.
• Verify the Gameflip Bot: Always verify that the bot's profile name and security code provided on Gameflip match the trade offer on Steam to avoid Steam API/Impersonation scams.

Step-by-Step Instructions: Steam Bot Item Retrieval 

Step 1: Move the Listing to Draft

1. Go to Menu > Listings > On Sale and find the listing you want to cancel. 
2. Click Edit, then choose Save for Later to move it to your Drafts tab.

Step 2: Start the Bot Trade

1. Once it’s in Draft status, you’ll see the link Return Item—click that to initiate the return process.
2. Click Start Bot Trade. A pop-up will remind you that you must complete the trade within 2 minutes—if you wait longer, you’ll receive an error and must restart. 
3. Click See Trade Offer to open the trade window on Steam.

Step 3: Accept and Confirm the Trade on Steam

In your Steam account:

1. Review the trade contents and check Confirm trade contents.
2. Click Yes, this is a gift when prompted (since you’re trading the item back to the Bot).
3. Click Accept Trade.
4. Open the Steam Guard Mobile App on your phone and approve the trade confirmation.
5. After you receive the “Trade Completed” message, close the window.

Step 4: Finalize the Return on Gameflip

1. Close the Steam trade window.
2. Return to your Gameflip listing page, and click I've completed Bot Trade.
3.  The item will immediately reappear in your active Steam inventory.
4. If you now wish to re-list the item for sale, you’ll need to create a completely new listing.
