Should Gameflip identify a listing or user behavior that violates our Terms of Use and Guidelines, we reserve the right to take appropriate action. This includes removing the listing, canceling any associated transactions, and, in severe cases, terminating the user's account.
Gameflip prohibits use in association with any products, services, transactions, or activities that are broadly fraudulent, deceptive, or in violation of any laws or governmental regulations.
We periodically update the list of prohibited items, services, and conduct to reflect our evolving standards and to provide clearer guidance to our community. This includes expanding examples under certain categories to enhance understanding and communication.
Seller Compliance & Zero-Tolerance Violations
- No Off-Platform Communication: Sharing external contact details (phone numbers, Discord handles, social usernames) or soliciting off-site deals is forbidden.
- No Credential / Account Access Demands: Listings requiring a buyer to provide account login credentials, passwords, or system access are strictly banned.
- No VPN-Locked Keys: Selling digital codes that require a VPN or IP-spoofing software to redeem is prohibited.
- No Randomized / Mystery Listings: Offers relying on "chance," "lottery," "mystery," or probability are banned; all listings must state the exact item or service sold. "Custom Order" listings will be removed if they do not have a detailed description of what is being sold.

Prohibited Seller Conduct & Marketplace Spam Rules
- Off-Platform Contact Sharing: Disclosing external usernames, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment links in listing descriptions, comments, or order chat is grounds for immediate termination.
- Marketplace Spamming: Publishing multiple identical in-game item listings less than a few minutes apart or deleting and re-listing the same item within a 24-hour window is considered spamming.
- Advertisements & Unclear Listings: Creating listings solely to advertise external stores or using vague titles like "Custom Order" without explicit item descriptions is prohibited.
Enforcement & Disciplinary Sequence
1. Listing Delisting & Transaction Cancellation
Flagged or non-compliant listings are immediately removed from the marketplace. Active orders are canceled and buyer funds are refunded under the Gameflip Guarantee.
2. Official Account Warning
The seller receives an official Terms of Use warning detailing the policy breach.
3. Account Freeze or Permanent Suspension
Repeated policy breaches, off-platform deal solicitation, or fraudulent activity result in temporary or permanent account suspension, accompanied by a wallet balance hold.
