On Pet Simulator 99, there are two ways of receiving an item, trade request transfer and bank/mail transfer, and we will cover both methods in this FAQ article.
Before placing your order, you must fill in your in-game name on the check-out page so the seller can find you:
Wait for the seller to add you as a friend so you can communicate within the game with ease and arrange a meeting, if feasible. Keep in mind that every negotiation on the exchange must be done in the Gameflip exchange logs. Gameflip support will use the information in the exchange logs to protect you from scammers.
Trade request transfer (coordinated transfer)
To receive an item through a trade request, you must arrange with the seller a meeting time in an in-game location. Join their server or invite them to your server. As soon as you are on the same server, find the seller, wait for their trade request, and accept it.
In the trade screen, please double-check the item the seller is offering before clicking the green button Ready! to accept the trade. If it is as described in the listing, confirm the trade and wait for the trade completion countdown to run out. A pop-up will appear.
After the trade is confirmed and you are happy with the item you received, kindly complete the transaction on Gameflip.
Bank and mail trades
To receive a Pet Simulator 99 item through your mail or bank, you must not be mistaken when inputting your username on the checkout page, as items sent to the wrong user are not returnable.
In this transfer method, the seller can send you the item while you are offline and only complete the exchange on Gameflip when you retrieve the purchased item in your bank or mail.
