There are two ways of receiving an item: coordinated transfer and gifting. Summarizing, a coordinated transfer is a transfer in which you need to accept or send a trade request to receive the item, while gifting you don't need to perform any actions, and usually, the seller will only need your in-game name and can send you the item while you are offline.

Below, you will find instructions on how to purchase an item on the following games:

• Game skins and limited items;
• Pet Simulator 99 items;
• Adopt Me! items;
• Murder Mystery 2 items;
• Blade Ball items.

Please never accept the trade if the item is not as described in the listing. In such cases, request that the seller cancel the transaction, if they don't or mark the item as shipped, place a hold on the transaction, and escalate the dispute to Gameflip support.

Also, never complete a transaction before receiving the purchased item. Completed exchanges are final and non-refundable.

Game skins and limited items

Coordinated transfer: When buying a skin or a limited item, you must have an active premium subscription to participate in a trade. Make sure your premium subscription is active before purchasing a limited item.

As soon as the purchase is confirmed on Gameflip, wait for them to add you as a friend and accept the trade request. The trade request expires within a couple of days, so we recommend you promptly respond to the seller's actions.

In the trade screen, look for the item you purchased and double-check its specifications before accepting the trade.

If the item is as described in the listing, accept it. After the trade is confirmed, check if the item is in your inventory and complete the transaction on Gameflip.

Pet Simulator 99 items

Coordinated transfer: To purchase a Pet Simulator 99 item, you must arrange with the seller a meeting time in an in-game location. Join their server or invite them to your server. As soon as you are on the same server, find the seller, wait for their trade request, and accept it.

In the trade screen, please double-check the item the seller is offering before clicking the green button Ready! to accept the trade. If it is as described in the listing, confirm the trade and wait for the trade completion countdown to run out. A pop-up will appear.

After the trade is confirmed and you are happy with the item you received, kindly complete the transaction on Gameflip.

Bank and mail trades

Gifting: to receive a Pet Simulator 99 item through your mail or bank, you must not be mistaken when inputting your username on the checkout page, as items sent to the wrong user are not returnable.

In this transfer method, the seller can send you the item while you are offline and only complete the exchange on Gameflip when you retrieve the purchased item in your bank or mail.

Adopt Me! items

Coordinated transfer: to purchase an Adopt Me! item, you must arrange with the seller a meeting time and join their server or invite them to your server. As soon as you are on the same server, click on Friends and teleport to them (1), wait for their trade request, and accept it (2).

In the trade screen, please double-check the item the seller is offering before confirming the trade. If it is not as described in the listing, close the trade screen and request a refund from the seller.

After the trade is confirmed and you are happy with the item you received, kindly complete the transaction on Gameflip.

Murder Mystery 2 items

Coordinated transfer: remember that you must be level 10 or higher on Murder Mystery 2 to be able to send or receive a trade request.

To purchase a Murder Mystery 2 tem, you must arrange with the seller a meeting time and join their server or invite them to your server. As soon as you are on the same server, wait for the trade invite to be sent by the seller. The trade request will be found below the player list in the upper right corner of the screen.

Wait for the seller to add the item you purchased, double-check its specifications, and if everything is as described in the listing, click the green button Accept below the seller's offer and confirm by clicking the button Are You Sure?

After the trade is confirmed, check if the item is in your inventory and complete the transaction on Gameflip.

Blade Ball items

Gifting: To receive a Blade Ball item, wait for the seller to add you as a friend so you can communicate within the game with ease and receive the item. Keep in mind that every negotiation on the exchange must be done in the Gameflip exchange logs. Gameflip support will use the information in the exchange logs to protect you from scammers.

After you are friends with the seller, they can send you the item via offline gifting. As soon they mark the transaction as shipped, check if the item is as described in the listing, and complete the transaction on Gameflip.
