Payout Guide: Fees, Limits, and Processing Times

Upon finalizing a sale on Gameflip, your earnings (the selling price minus any relevant fees) will be credited to your Wallet balance. Initially, these funds might be marked as pending, a status that varies based on factors such as your account's history and the type of item you sold. Established sellers with a solid, positive presence on Gameflip typically see their earnings become available right away, whereas those newer to the platform may face a brief waiting period.

When your sale proceeds move to your balance, you're presented with various options for withdrawal through our associated payment providers: Payoneer, Skrill, or directly into your Bitcoin wallet. It's crucial to remember that these are autonomous, third-party services. Some of them require you to maintain an active account for the purpose of withdrawing your funds. To facilitate a seamless withdrawal experience, it's advisable to set up and verify an account with your chosen provider beforehand. They may need certain documentation from you, depending on where you are located.

Each withdrawal option is subject to its own set of minimum withdrawal amounts and associated fees. Additionally, the duration it takes for your funds to be accessible can differ based on the selected method, your pre-existing relationship with the provider, and the currency in which you choose to receive your funds.

Web and Mobile Web

• Go to Menu > Wallet > Balance

Under the US Wallet section, click on the Withdraw button.

• Select your payout provider of choice
• Enter the desired amount (or use Withdraw Max to withdraw all) and press "Confirm Payout"

Android/iOS apps:

• Menu > Wallet > USD Account > Available (under Cash from Completed Sales)
• Select the option available or appropriate for you 
• Enter the Request Amount and press Next

Payoneer

With more than 200 countries supported, get easy and reliable international bank transfers with Payoneer. Create your Payoneer account and link it to your Gameflip account.  You only need to set this up once for all subsequent payouts.

If you encounter issues, please visit Payoneer's Support Center. Payoneer charges fees depending on the currency and country you choose to receive. The fees may vary based on the type of transfer, and you can find out more by visiting their website.

Once the withdrawal request is initiated and the status shows in transit, you will need to check your Payoneer account for subsequent updates. In most cases, it takes 2-5 days to receive your funds through Payoneer. Check Payoneer's help article for more details.

Note:  whenever you link your Payoneer account to Gameflip, it may take up to 5 business days, so you can start withdrawing with it. This process happens on Payoneer's end while they update the information of your account; therefore, we can't speed it up.

Skrill

In business since 2001, Skrill is a proven payment solution that offers a reliable digital wallet to gamers worldwide.

You can sign up for a Skrill account and request the payout to your Skrill account using the same email address you had verified with Gameflip.  If you request the payout without having a Skrill account, one will be created for you. However, Skrill may request additional information for your account before you can access your funds.

Skrill charges fees depending on the currency and country you choose to receive. The fees vary based on the type of transfer, and you can find out more by visiting their website.

Once the withdrawal request is initiated and the status shows in-transit, you will need to check your Skrill account for subsequent updates. Skrill aims to deliver your funds within 24-72 hours in most cases, but the exact timing depends on your account and currency.  Check Skrill's FAQs for more details.

Bitcoin

To withdraw in Bitcoin, you will first need to apply and get approval from Gameflip. Please note that the Bitcoin payout request can take between 1-4 days to be paid, depending on the Bitcoin network congestion. The Bitcoin exchange rate fluctuates greatly and will be determined at the time of when the payout occurs, not when the withdrawal request occurs. This means that depending on the exchange rate, you may receive more or less than expected at the time of the withdrawal request. Exchange rates are always converted from USD > BTC. - Up to $5,000.00 within a rolling 7-day window

For example, if a seller requests a payout of $2,500.00 using Payoneer, then he/she requests a payout of $2,500 using USDC, this seller will have to wait 7 days to be able to request up to $5,000.00 (referring to the first payout he/she made).

Payoneer

- Up to $5,000.00 per payout request
- Up to $5,000.00 within a rolling 7-day window

For example, if a seller requests two payouts of $2,500.00 for two consecutive days, he/she will have to wait 7 days to be able to request up to $5,000.00 (referring to the first payout he/she made).

Skrill

- Up to $5,000.00 per payout request
- Up to $5,000.00 within a rolling 7-day window

Bitcoin

- Up to $5,000.00 per payout request
- Up to $5,000.00 within a rolling 7-day window
