Gameflip automatically sends you a mobile app notification, an alert within the app, and an email as soon as the Seller ships or sends the item.
If you don't receive a mobile push notification or email, be sure to:
- Allow push notifications on your iOS or Android device
- Verify your email address (see instruction)
If the Seller does not ship or send your item within “Seller sells in” + 1 day, then you will be presented with the option to cancel the order in the details screen.
If the seller generates a Shipping Label within this period, the countdown resets, and you must wait an additional day before any further action can be taken. Once the seller has marked the item as Shipped, the option to cancel the order will no longer be available on the listing's details screen.
If you believe that the Seller still hasn't shipped the item out after marking it as Shipped, please open the dispute to stop the countdown.
