How to unlock FRAUD SMS replies

Responding "Fraud" to the SMS security check triggers an automatic cancellation of your purchase and locks your Gameflip account as part of our anti-fraud measures. To unlock your account, we require specific verification documents:

ID Verification:

• Selfie with ID and Note: A photo of you holding both your ID Card/Driver's License (passports not accepted*) and a piece of paper with "For Gameflip" and the current date handwritten.
• Document Close-Ups: Two clear photos (front and back) of your ID Card/Driver's License to verify the details.

Payment Verification:

• Selfie with Card: A photo of you holding your credit/debit card, with only the last 4 digits and your name visible.
• Card Close-Ups: Two photos (front and back) of your credit/debit card showing only the last 4 digits and your name.

*Residents of the UK, Russia, Ukraine, or Belarus may use their Internal Passport for verification.

To proceed, please submit a ticket with the required photos attached.

Your account will be unlocked only after we review and confirm the provided information. We will then guide you to upload these pictures to your Gameflip account for final verification.
